Kristie Parker Photography - The Best Gas Station Ever

Kristie spotted this amazing gas station on our way to the creek. A hidden gem in Ramona.

Sometimes it's ok to interrupt your husband while he's working!

It wouldn't be a Ramona photo shoot without a tractor in the pic.

My favorite shot of the day.
Thank you, Kristie, for capturing these shots of us!

Kristie Parker Photography - Ramona Creek

I'm always amazed at the beauty you can find in Ramona. We just happened upon this amazing creek. We've decided that in a few weeks it will be dry, but for now it made the perfect spot for a photoshoot with Kristie of Kristie-Parker Photography.

There's nothing better than spending a day outdoors with the one you love.

A half-serious look from each of us.

Fabulous shot, Kristie!

When you don't have a lot of time on your hands you have to combine your activities...

...so why not practice a little gun shooting in between photo ops!

Stay tuned for photos from the most awesome vintage gas station ever....

Balboa Park

The Organ Pavilion. We got treated to a Sunday concert and a backstage look at the inner workings of this massive musical instrument.

My partner-in-crime. I've known her since she was born and was thrilled that she chose to spend a week with us on her vacation. And I'm even more thrilled to watch her put that camera into use. She has a great eye and I can assure you there will be great things to come from this upcoming photographer!

The intricate workings of the Botanical Building.

The intricacies become a little less precise when reflected in a pool of water.

Sunset Cliffs

I took a good friend to an old familiar place, and saw it through different eyes this time.

My eyes were wide open, ready to see.

My ears were wide open, ready to hear.

It's amazing what you can discover from just listening to others, being silent together and
enjoying each other's company.
