I thought they were joking, you know, tryin' to make me feel good, when they told me this trail was marked "extreme difficulty, but it was really true!" The point No comment...
Sean going down the "toilet bowl."
Ryan going down the "toilet bowl." Please note - Sean is the cameraman for this piece.
And last, but not least, Mark going down the "toilet bowl." The dialog beforehand went a little somethin' like this: Yo - "Ah yeah, Mark! This one, this line right here. This is where he went." Mark - "Oh, OK!"
Teeter Totter at Bootleg Canyon Sean riding the teeter totter Mark's turn "You go first, Ryan. I'll be right behind you, so don't crash." Here comes Christmas in April-gotta love the red and green! Sean - "C'mon Yo! Your turn - Just go like this!" Yo - "I can't. I'm thinking of my wife."
My creative wheels started turning when I stopped by decor8 this afternoon. I just love this time of year because the new spring lines are out everywhere - fashion, bedding, accessories... I was really struck by the use of color by Binth for their new spring line because the colors are so out of the ordinary. And so I got to thinking out of the ordinary! How adorable would a nursery be with this "Numbers" Poster hanging on the wall and this vintage tablecloth in my etsy shop, re-purposed as a baby blanket! Sleep tight, little one.
Tomorrow, we will be headed off to Gooseberry Mesa, where I will not be doing this like my husband. The last time we were here together was 5 years ago. Oh, I can't wait! Off to pack, now!
A huge, "thank you," to Stella over at Laundry for featuring my vintage wall hanging on her blog! And be sure to check out her shop because this girl has some real talent!
...you'll need the perfect serving dish for all those little treats and goodies you're about to serve up! Vintage Serving Dish by Fire King now available in my etsy shop.
Circa nineteen-eighty-something-or-other. Honey, I bet when you wore this in elementary school, you never thought your wife would be sporting it one day!
