It may be LOORRS round 4,
but it's rodent match-up round 1.

We've dubbed them, Squir-Munks.
A squirrel-chipmunk hybrid.
I've now been told they're just regular ol' ground squirrels. Baby ground squirrels.
They're Prairie Dogs. You find them all over the place in Arizona. When I was a kid, my sister had saved one that was a lil chewed up from the family dog, nursed it and tried to domesticate him. When he grew up, he was wild and had to go.
Oh my gosh.
Look at those gophers.
